Ready-to-Rent is a free workshop designed to help you build the knowledge and skills needed to establish or rebuild a positive rental history.
What Does Ready-to-Rent Cover?
In this workshop, you will learn how to:
- Understand your lease and the terms of your rental agreement
- Foster a positive tenant-landlord relationship
- Understand the rights and responsibilities of both tenants and landlords
- Maintain a clean, safe and healthy home
- Handle conflicts that arise with your landlord or neighbors
- Understand how evictions can impact your future, and how to prevent them
