Housing Development and Construction Director (full-time; exempt)

Starting salary range = $75K to $102K/annually

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Housing Development and Construction Director (HDCD) provides overall management, planning, and leadership for One Roof Community Housing’s single and multi-family development team and projects as well as supervising the managers of Common Ground Construction. The position also participates in the general leadership of the organization as a member of the directors’ team.

Occasional travel is required for training opportunities, networking events, community meetings and for housing development related activities in regional communities.

Occasional evening and weekend work required for board and committee meetings and events.

Full time employment at One Roof offers a competitive benefits package including health and dental insurance, 401K with 5% employer contribution and up to an additional 2% match, life insurance, short-term disability, and generous paid time off and holidays.

Full-time employment is based on a fixed weekly salary, based upon a 40-hour workweek. However, in most workweeks One Roof tries to offer the flexibility of a 32-hour work week. (One Roof office hours are Monday – Thursday)
