One Roof Community Housing is a developer for redevelopment and new construction housing that meets identified community housing needs. One Roof partners with non-profits, foundations and local units of government to leverage state and federal resources for owner-occupied and rental housing needs.
Decker Dwellings is a 42-unit, 3 story building comprised of 11 three-bedroom, 21 two-bedroom, and 10 one-bedroom apartments.
With a total of 48,000 sq.ft., it includes laundry facilities, an elevator, a common room, and an outdoor play area.
4 units are provided to serve high priority homeless, as well as 5 units to serve people with disabilities.
Frerichs Construction began work at the project site in September 2020.

Eligible renters need verification that at least one adult, non-dependent member of the household occupying the unit lives or works full time in Cook County, Minnesota or has a bona fide offer of full-time employment within Cook County commencing within 3 months of the time of application.
