One Roof Community Housing has limited funding for the following Family Homeless Prevention & Assistance Program (FHPAP) services in St. Louis County:

- Past due mortgage payment assistance

- Past due rent assistance

- Utility bill payment assistance
-
- Doubled-up assistance (Deposit and first month’s rent)
The FHPAP program requires applicants to be in immediate danger of becoming: unhoused; legally evicted; or foreclosed upon. The program is meant to create stabilization with temporary assistance for individuals experiencing a housing crisis. Long-term case management is not required.
