One Roof Community Housing is a developer for redevelopment and new construction housing that meets identified community housing needs. One Roof partners with non-profits, foundations and local units of government to leverage state and federal resources for owner-occupied and rental housing needs.

Past development projects include:
- Duluth Veteran’s Place: 16 units of transitional and permanent supportive housing for veterans that have experienced homelessness (with Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans)
- Steve O’Neil Apartments: 50 units to assist families with children that have experienced homelessness (with CHUM, Center City Housing, and the Human Development Center)
- Sol House: 5 units for sexually exploited teens (with Life House)
- Jay Street Development: 9 multi-income homes in the Lakeside neighborhood
- Gateway Tower Apartments: 150 units of revitalized affordable housing in downtown Duluth (with Center City Housing, Life House, and the Human Development Center)
- Decker Dwellings: 42 unit affordable housing complex near the Miller Hill Mall (with the Human Development Center)
- Brewery Creek Apartments: 52 units of affordable rental housing in the Central Hillside neighborhood, with half the units designated for youth that have experienced homelessness (with Life House and Human Development Center)
- Four Direction Dwellings: 16 units of workforce housing in Lutsen
- Plover Place: 24 units of supportive housing for individuals that have experienced homelessness (with the Salvation Army)
