One Roof Community Housing has limited funding for the following Family Homeless Prevention & Assistance Program (FHPAP) services in St. Louis County:

- Past due mortgage payment assistance

- Past due rent assistance

- Utility bill payment assistance
-
- Doubled-up assistance (Deposit and first month’s rent)
The FHPAP program requires applicants to be in immediate danger of becoming unhoused, legally evicted, or foreclosed upon. The program is meant to create stabilization with temporary assistance for individuals experiencing a housing crisis. Long-term case management is not required.
