One Roof Housing’s Manufactured Home Loan Program was created to preserve and enhance the structural quality, visibility, livability and the value of the community’s housing by filling a financial need when traditional financing may not be possible for an owner of a manufactured/mobile home residing in Duluth, Minnesota.
The program can assist owners of a manufactured home within a mobile home park to make basic home repairs, improvements, and address emergency items. We offer affordable fixed rate loans up to $10,000 and up to 10 year terms for repayment.
