One Roof Community Housing Announces partnering with Office Hughes Olsen (OHO) to design and develop two new, single-family CLT homes.

Office Hughes Olsen was awarded two lots and will serve as proof-of-concept of their housing prototypes. When completed, the CLT homes will be two level, two-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath infill houses.
These prototypes are designed to achieve the triple goals of beauty, comfort, and affordability, and will showcase how smart design decisions can control costs, efficient building systems can improve overall building performance, and thoughtful daylighting and material schemes can elevate modest spaces.
The homes will provide permanently affordable homeownership to households at or below 80% of the area median income.
1LLC will begin work at the project sites in August, 2021. Expected completion Spring 2022
