Voting and Membership

Only Members of One Roof Community Housing may vote and participate in the business portion of the Annual Meeting.

In 2025, One Roof updated its membership definition. Membership now includes all One Roof Community Land Trust (CLT) Homeowners, as well as any person 18 or older who supports the organization’s mission and signs a Membership Commitment Statement

Membership Statement: By signing the registration form, I signify my support for the work and mission of One Roof Community Housing to make home a better place for low- to moderate-income families in our community, and my intention to participate as a voting member at the 2026 Annual Membership Meeting.

If you are not a CLT homeowner and you agree with the statement, you may sign this statement at the event to become a member and vote at the meeting.
