On Thursday, August 26, 2021, One Roof Community Housing will host a Zoom workshop to help tenants and landlords learn more about the Covid-19 eviction moratorium phase out and about what resources are available locally for both tenants and landlords.
During this virtual workshop, we will be reviewing the phase-out timelines, and discuss what to expect when dealing with local courts if/when the decision is made to file for an eviction. One Roof staff will also review the RentHelpMN program and our mediation services, so that those resources may help some landlords and tenants avoid an eviction scenario.
