Why Ownership Matters
When One Roof learned we’d need to vacate our longtime office by the end of 2026, we faced an important choice: continue leasing or invest in a permanent home. We chose ownership because it reflects the same long-term approach that has guided our work for decades. Owning our headquarters will strengthen our organization and allow us to focus resources where they matter most: serving local households.
Owning our building will:

- Accessible and welcoming space for clients and community members
- Room to grow our programs, services, and team
- Space for client meetings, collaboration, and community engagement
