The Deferred Loan Program is available only to homeowners residing within Superior city limits and is currently available as a No Interest, No Payment loan. Homeowners may receive any amount up to $30,000 to make permanent repairs to their home. The amount of the loan becomes due 20 years after closing or upon sale or transfer of the home.
To qualify your income must fall below these amounts:
