One Roof administers a no interest and no payment loan. Homeowners may receive up to $27,000 to make permanent repairs to their home. The amount of the loan is due upon sale or transfer of the home. The loan will be completely forgiven if the homeowners occupy the home for at least 15 years from the date of closing. You must income qualify for this program, and funds are limited.

Make basic improvements to the safety, livability, energy efficiency and accessibility of your home. Here are some examples – ask us if your project is eligible.

- Siding and roofing
- Plumbing
- Septic system upgrades
- Water heater
- Mold and radon mitigation
- Lead-based paint hazards
You may be eligible if you:
- Own and occupy the property
- Do not have cash assets exceeding $25,000
- Meet the program income limits (subject to change):

2 people – $25,200
3 people – $28,400
4 people – $31,500
5 people – $34,000
6 people – $36,500
7 people – $40,200
8 people – $44,700
9 people – $49,200
10 people – $53,800
